The petitioners seek for quash of the FIR in Crime No.197 of 2021 on the

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed as 'mistake of fact' before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam on 29.09.2025.
