The present petition has been filed by accused No.3 in Crime No.171 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police seeking to quash the F.I.R wherein the petitioner is alleged to have committed the offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing

for the first respondent, the charge sheet has been laid before the Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam on 02.04.2025 and it has been taken on file on 24.04.2025.
