The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed by A1 in Crime No.411 of 2021, on the file of the first respondent police seeking to quash the FIR wherein the petitioner is charges with the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the charge sheet has been laid on 28.07.2021 before the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel and it is pending in the Miscellaneous Petition stage due to deletion of one of the accused person.

3. In view of the subsequent event, the question of quashing of FIR would not arise. Preserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
