The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the first respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.353 of 2020.

The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that they would file a final report within three (3) weeks.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
