The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is illegally manufacturing the fuse for crackers. Since it was illegal manufactured in place, where there was no safety measures was taken, the fuse got fire and resulted in blast and three persons died and some taking treatment. Hence, the case.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he was falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that the petitioner is only employee. The accident was suddenly happened. He is in custody from 10.06.2026 and ready to abide any condition imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed bail for the petitioner.

The learned Counsel appearing for the State reiterated the prosecution case and reported that the investigation in this case is still pending. The petitioner is the main accused, who involved in manufacturing of fuse for the crackers illegally without taking care and caution, which resulted in fire accident, in which, innocent people died. He opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner.

This Court heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of offences, perusal of FIR shows that the petitioner is the main accused, involved in manufacturing of fuse for crackers, which resulted in fire accident and it is also stated that the petitioner also involved in one previous case, similar in nature in Cr.No.715 of 2025 on the file of the Sivakasi East Police Station and some injured persons are still taking treatment, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at the present stage.

7.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
