The petitioner/A5, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2) and 318(4) of BNS in Crime No.110 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

accused persons themselves introduced as Income Tax Officials entered into shop and had taken Rs. 5,00,000/- kept in the room and Rs.1,10,000/- in the cash box and eight android phones. Hence, the case.

The learned counsel for the petitioner

would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him. The petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged

crime. He would further submit that based on the confession statement given by the co-accused this petitioner has been implicated as an accused and the co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) would submit that accused persons themselves introduced as Income Tax Officials entered into shop and had taken Rs.5,00,000/kept in the room and Rs.1,10,000/- in the cash box and eight android phones. He would further submit that one previous case is pending against the petitioner, hence he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Considering the rival submissions on

either side, considering the nature of offences and also considering the fact that this petitioner has been implicated as an accused based on the confession statement given by the co-accused and the co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court and the fact that though the petitioner has one previous case, the same is not similar kind of offence and in that case, he was released on bail and also considering all other factors, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, subject to the following conditions:

appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order

Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Ramanathapuram, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a

sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten

Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further conditions that:
