The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 326 of BNS in Crime No.166 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

The case of the prosecution is that based on the secret information, the respondent police went to the scene of occurrence and found that the petitioners had illegally quarried and transported ¼ unit of river sand by using Bolero Pickup. Hence, the case has been registered.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
