When the matter was taken up on 20.07.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioner, who is of advanced age, sought an adjournment. Though the request was granted by this Court, the same was inadvertently not recorded when the matter was subsequently taken up for hearing, and consequently, orders came to be passed on merits.

In view of the above submission, and this Court being satisfied that the submission made by the learned counsel is factually correct, the order passed by this Court on 20.07.2026 which was not typed and uploaded is hereby recalled.
