This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to file a final report in FIR No.16 of 2023 dated 14.08.2023.

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the third respondent will complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 3 months from today.
