This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.7577 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD) No. 518 of 2026 dated 30.04.2026.

This Court, while suspending the sentence, imposed the conditions that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and also file an undertaking affidavit along with the sureties before the respondent Police that he will not indulge in any further offence.

Side) submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 64 days, by reporting before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. and also filed an undertaking affidavit along with the sureties before the respondent Police as directed by this Court.
