This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the

condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8181 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD)No.449 of 2026, dated 29.04.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 77 days, by reporting before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8181 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD)No.449 of 2026, dated 29.04.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
