The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for the past 53 days, by reporting before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. and he has also filed an undertaking affidavit before the respondent Police that he will not indulge in any offence in future.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2292 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD)No.160 of 2026, dated 15.04.2026,is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
