This Court, while suspending the sentence, imposed conditions

that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m. and also file an undertaking affidavit along with the sureties before the respondent Police that the petitioners will not indulge in any further offence.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for

the respondent submits that the petitioners have complied with the condition for nearly 72 days, by reporting before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. and also filed an undertaking affidavit along with the sureties before the respondent Police as directed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10131 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.979 of 2023 dated 24.04.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the
