Though the petitioner has filed the present petition for early disposal of the habeas corpus petition challenging the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 04.10.2025, on the ground that her husband/detenu is suffering from ulcer, diabetes and blood pressure and has been detained in the third respondent Prison from 09.09.2025, this Court, considering the ailments stated by the petitioner in the affidavit, which are not serious in nature and also the volume of cases before this Bench, is not inclined to accede to the prayer of the petitioner. However, the third respondent is directed to provide adequate medical treatment to the husband of the petitioner/detenu for his ailments. With this observation, this petition stands dismissed. l
