2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested on 07.04.2026 and continues to be in judicial custody. It is further submitted that the main criminal revision case requires urgent consideration.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking note of the urgency of the matter, this petition is allowed .
