This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl. O.P. No.12272 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly without any violation and hence, prayed to relax the condition.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police objected the application, however would fairly submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the submissions made on either sides, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.12272 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition directing the Petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once at 10.30 a.m. until further orders”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
