JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal appeal as the parties entered into a compromise between them and the same was recorded in A.S.No.198 of 2024. In view of the same, he sent a letter to the Registry on 16.02.2026 and has made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this criminal appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
