The petitioner/A6 was convicted by the trial Court in C.C.No.1009 of 2019 by judgment dated 19.10.2020 along with other accused for offence under Section 120(b) IPC and sentenced to undergo 3 years rigorous imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.10,000/- and in default to undergo another 6 months simple imprisonment and for offence under Section 457 r/w 109 IPC and sentenced to undergo 3 years rigorous imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.10,000/0 and in default to undergo another 6 months simple imprisonment and for offence under Section 380 r/w 109 of IPC and sentenced to undergo 3 years rigorous imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.10,000/- and in default to undergo another 6 months simple imprisonment and all the sentences to run concurrently. Aggrieved against the conviction, the petitioner /A6 preferred appeal in C.A.No.44 of 2021. The lower appellate Court by judgment dated 29.03.2021 dismissed the appeal confirming the conviction and sentence imposed on the petitioner by the trial Court, against which, the present criminal revision has been filed.

2.The learned Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner/A6 had already undergone the sentence imposed by the trial Court.
