ORDER
The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the ex-parte decree passed by the District Munsif Court, Sivagangai, in O.S.No.190/2010, which formed the basis of the petitioner's claim for patta, was set aside by this Court in CRP. (MD).No.3669 of 2025, on 17.12.2025, with a direction to the District Munsif, Sivagangai, to consider the matter afresh, and to pass orders within a year. Hence, the learned Government Advocate, submitted that in the light of the subsequent development, the order passed by this Court, could not be complied with.
2.In view of the direction passed by this Court in CRP.(MD)No. 3669/2025 dated 17.12.2025, this contempt petition does not survive for further adjudication. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed.
