Today, when the matter is taken for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent placed before this Court a copy of the proceeding in Na.K.No.C2/0799/2026 dated 27.04.2026 and submitted that the respondent has complied with the order passed by this court and also released the amount of RS.22,70,404/- in favour of the petitioner.
