This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 18.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18733 of 2024 , thereby directing the respondents to pay the differential gratuity, pension commutation, leave encashment and pension arrears to the petitioner with applicable interest, within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents disbursed all the arrears amount to the petitioner. He also produced a calculation memo before this Court.
