ORDER

This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order of this Hon'ble Court made in W.P.No. 29408 of 2023 dated 24.03.2025 and punish the respondent.

2.When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that, necessary approval for making payment to the petitioner pursuant to the order of this Court dated 24.03.2025 in W.P. No. 29408 of 2023 was granted vide proceeding dated 06.01.2026. He further submitted that, based on said approval, the amount was credited to the petitioner’s bank account on 04.02.2026. The learned Government Advocate thus, submits that the respondents have complied with the order of this Court in letter and spirit.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner, upon verification, confirms that the petitioner has received the payment in terms of the order of this Court.

4.In view of the aforesaid submissions, and since the respondents have

now complied with the directions of this Court in W.P. No. 29408 of 2023, though with some delay, this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is necessary.
