This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 21.07.2023, made in W.P.No.21532 of 2023, directing the respondents Corporation to pay 4% interest per annum for the belated payments of retirement benefits to the petitioner.

2.Today, the learned counsel on either side would submit that the amounts have been paid and the orders of this Court have been complied with. A copy of the Demand Draft is also produced before this Court.
