This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the

orders of this Court dated 02.04.2024 made in W.P.No.8775 of 2024, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s case and pass orders.

2.It is now submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that, after enquiry, the 2^nd respondent/Tahsildar has sent a report to the 1^st respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer for correction of UDR. As the matter has already been enquired by the 2^nd respondent and it was found that there is a correction to be effected in the UDR and a report to that effect has been sent by the 2^nd respondent to the Revenue Divisional Officer, this Contempt Petition is closed.

3.Let the 1^st respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer pass appropriate

orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from

today.
