The Contempt Petition is filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order dated 20.06.2026 in W.P.No.6815 of 2026.

When two persons namely, one Arun Kumar and Benniman filed the above writ petition for a mandamus, forbearing the respondents 4 to 12 from approving the appointment of Correspondents of various schools in the Ambur Synod, the same was dismissed by this Court, keeping open the liberty of the petitioner to approach the Civil Court. In the course of the findings, an observation is also made that the education authorities have to recognise the Correspondent for the benefit of the students who are studying in the schools
