This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed 3^rd and 4^th petitioners as the legal heirs of the deceased 2^nd appellant, namely S.Pushpam, and rank them as appellant Nos.3 and 4 in the Appeal Suit in A.S.(MD)No.174 of 2013 on the file of this Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused

the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, during the pendency of the appeal suit, the 2^nd appellant died and that the proposed 3^rd and 4^th petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased 2^nd appellant. He further submitted that he has also filed a copy of the death certificate of the 2^nd appellant and copies of the Aadhaar cards of the proposed parties.
