ORDER

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

2.This Court has perused the case file.

3.The Petitioner seeks stay of all further proceedings on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tiruvannamalai in O.S.No.1297 of 1995 dated March 22, 1999, confirmed by the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.70 of 1999 dated March 27, 2002 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tiruvannamalai.

4.On perusal of the case file, it is seen that the interim stay was granted by this Court by an Order dated July 05, 2002 in this Civil Miscellaneous Petitioner till the disposal of the Second Appeal. Despite repeated listing of the Second Appeal before this Court, till date, this Second Appeal has not been admitted and the Petitioner has not proceeded with the Second Appeal. In these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to extend the interim stay dated July 05, 2002 and the same shall stand vacated by this Order. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
