This application has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of

the deceased second respondent and rank the respondents 4 to 6 as the respondents 4 to 6 in the above S.A. No.679 of 2015.

Heard both sides and there is no serious objection in ordering this petition.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the facts and circumstances of the case, and due to the death of the second respondent, the proposed parties have to be impleaded as proper and necessary parties.
