This application has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of

the deceased 11^th respondent and rank the respondents 13 to 16 herein as the proposed respondents 13 to 16 in the above S.A. No.732 of 2014.

Heard both sides and there is no serious objection in ordering this petition.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the facts and circumstances of the case, and due to the death of the 11^th respondent, the proposed parties have to be impleaded as proper and necessary parties.
