This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of

480 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.1,178/- in the above appeal.

2. On 09.03.2026, this Court passed the following order:

“Notice to the respondents returnable in four weeks.

2. Private Notice is also permitted and the Affidavit of Service has to be filed within a period of four weeks, failing which this Miscellaneous Petition itself shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.

3. List the matter after four weeks on filing of Affidavit of Service.”

Since the aforesaid order has not been complied with, this civil miscellaneous petition stands dismissed for default. Consequently, ARB.
