This application has been filed to restore the Second Appeal in SA No.227 of 2017, which was dismissed for default on 25.11.2024.

Though the respondents counsel seriously objected, considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and facts and circumstances of the case, in order to give a fair chance to the appellants to put forth their case, it is appropriate to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
