Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and facts and

circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to take paper publication in Tamil News Daily ‘Malai Malar’ and English News Daily ‘Indian Express’ having circulation in Erode, by indicating the next date of hearing as 30.07.2026.
