The present petitions have been taken out for condonation of delay in

filling the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the respondents 3 and 5, to set aside their abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondents 3 and 5.

Mr.G.Suryanarayanan, learned counsel for the petitioner, taking me the affidavits filed in support of these petitions would contend that the petitioner was in dark and being third party, he was not informed about the death of the respondents 3 and

He would also bring to my notice that the legal representatives are before the trial Court having been impleaded.

¶52

In view thereof, there can be no serious objection for any of the respondents if the legal representatives of the deceased respondents 3 and 5 are brought on record in the present revision petition.
