No.158 of 2008, on the file of the learned 1^st Additional District Judge, Madurai, was disposed of on 02.01.2020 itself and hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has become infructuous.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
