In a proposed suit for damages and injunctive relief, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue the respondent before this Court. In the draft plaint, it is stated that the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court where the settlement was reached and the agreement was drawn up.

Upon considering the above, it appears that the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondents before this Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit and list the same along with interlocutory application, if otherwise in order.
