This application has been filed by the applicant to give evidence as PW2.

According to the applicant, he is the petitioner in the main petition and

filed for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of Will dated 05.04.1995. In that Will one T.T.Vadivel, son of T.P.Thyagarajan is one of the attesting witness, subsequently he changed his name as T.Viswanath and the same was also notified in

the gazzette dated 04.02.2015. Therefore, filed this application.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and facts and
