This application has been filed by the applicant to disclose the particulars

of the immovable properties of his deceased mother in which the petitioner has 1/3rd share in the said suit schedule properties,

According to the applicant, he is the son of the deceased S.Shaalini Sarangapani who died on 06.08.2024 and thereafter, he filed the suit for partition as against the defendants in respect of the properties of his mother. He is residing in Delhi. Therefore, he is unable to mention all the properties of his mother and apart from the properties mentioned in the plaint, some other properties are also available with the respondents/defendants. Therefore, the applicant has filed this application to disclose the assets of his deceased mother.

The respondents have filed a counter by pointing out some properties in paragraph No.5 of the counter. According to their knowledge, apart from those properties mentioned in counter, no other properties are available in the name of the deceased mother. Since the respondents have filed the counter as stated above, the applicant also has no knowledge about other properties, recording the same, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner
