In a proposed suit for recovery of a sum of Rs.1,41,36,070/- from the first defendant for the supply of defective tiles, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to institute the suit before this Court.

In the draft plaint, it is stated that the plaintiff issued a purchase order and that tiles were supplied by the first defendant, which is an entity based in Chennai. It is also stated that the suit claim relates to the supply of defective tiles.

Considering the draft plaint and the material documents, it appears that a part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, the plaintiff is granted leave to sue the respondents before this Court. As a consequence, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order.
