PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from dumping any garbage of waste materials in the public crematorium belonging to the 4^th respondent Village Panchayat and to remove the illegal and unauthorized structures put up in the public crematorium by the 3^rd respondent for waste dumping.

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to forbear the respondents 1 to 3 from dumping any garbage of waste materials in the public crematorium belonging to the 4^th respondent Village Panchayat and to remove the illegal and unauthorized structures put up in the public crematorium by the 3^rd respondent for waste dumping.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the

3^rd respondent is not dumping garbage on account of the interim order passed by

this Court.

3.The interim order is in force for about six years. That being so, the 3^rd respondent is directed not to dump any garbage or waste materials in the public crematorium belonging to the 4^th respondent Village Panchayat.

4.With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
