The writ of mamndamus filed by the mother of the convict to consider the representation seeking 30 days ordinary leave for her son.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the representation of the petitioner seeking ordinary leave for 30 days to the convict being considered and rejected for proceedings in 313/c.j. 2/2025 dated 23.03.2025.

3.In view of the above facts, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the rejection order, if so adviced.
