The writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent vide Na.Ka.No.1447/2016 NaVeeVa, dated 29.01.2018, directing the fifth respondent society be wound up. Being the member of the fifth respondent society, the petitioner has assailed the impugned order.
