ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents
1 to 4 to cancel the passport issued to the petitioner's daughter bearing No.U8836656 and re-issue a passport to the petitioner and her two infant children and also to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to permit and facilitate smooth departure from Texas, United States of America to her Home Place at Tirunelveli.
2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is disposed at the stage of admission itself. Considering the nature of the order going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the seventh respondent is dispensed with.
3. Due to dispute, the divorce proceedings are prevailing between the
petitioner's daughter and her husband, who are living in USA. Hence, the petitioner wanted to bring back his daughter along with her twin children to India. In view of the same, the petitioner made a representation to the official respondents on 17.02.2025 seeking the aforesaid relief. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
