With regard to the complaint given by the petitioner regarding action to be initiated against the illegalities committed by the respondents 4 & 5, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that already the employee concerned has been placed under suspension and disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against him.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 & 5 would submit that the respondents 4 & 5 are ready and willing to cancel the
