Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.02.2019, 01.10.2022, 17.11.2020 and 23.11.2025, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
