The petitioner has submitted the necessary documents, under the Christian Marriage Act, before the Sub Registrar,Tirunelveli/the fourth respondent herein, through online, for registering her marriage with Alex Daniel. However, the request of this petitioner has been denied by the fourth respondent. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

takes notice for the respondents and submits that the online application submitted by the petitioner has been returned citing certain defects and the petitioner has to necessarily rectify those defects and re-present the application. On such re-presentation, the application of the petitioner would be considered.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for by this petitioner, this writ petition is allowed with a direction to the petitioner to produce the relevant/necessary documents to the fourth respondent on 15.12.2025 in person and the fourth respondent is directed to verify and issue the Marriage Registration Certificate to the petitioner immediately.
