This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to disburse

the compensation amount of Rs.20 Lakhs for sewer death of the petitioner's son to the petitioner as per the Judgment of the Apex Court in W.P. (Civil)No(s).324 of 2020 dated 01.02.2023, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2023.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that

the petitioner has given a representation on 08.11.2023 for disbursal of the compensation amount of Rs.20 Lakhs for the sewer death of his son, to him. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 3 and 4 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2023, after taking into consideration of the amount, if any, already paid to the petitioner, and dispose of the representation by passing final orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
