By relying on settlement deed dated 21.08.2019 relating to 13.2 cents in S.No.604/1A1B, the petitioner had applied for survey, subdivision and separate patta. The present writ petition relates thereto.

2.Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate(crl.side) accepts notice on behalf of respondent 3. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the petitioner's application would be considered on merits after issuing notice to the joint pattadhar, 4^th respondent and any other owners of relevant adjacent lands.

3.Patta No.2866 stands in the name of the petitioner and Angammal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the total extent in S.No.604/1B is 1.21 acres and that the petitioner is asserting a claim only in respect of 13.2

4.In these circumstances, it is not necessary to issue notice to the private respondent in this writ petition. Instead, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to conduct an inquiry pursuant to the petitioner's application after issuing notice to Angammal and the 4^th respondent herein. Owners of any other relevant adjacent land shall also be put on notice. Upon conclusion of the enquiry, a speaking order shall be issued within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
