Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned

counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has submitted a communication which the petitioner has received, wherein it has been stated as follows:-

With reference to your letter dated 03/06/2024 for correction in FATHER'S NAME in the certificate of PRADHIBA S bearing Roll Number 20217422 of SSE 2023, you are directed to comply with the following points:

1. The requisite fee for correction is Rs.1580/-(Rs.1000/-, per certificate Rs.250/-, postal charge Rs.80/-) may be remitted through NEFT TRANSFER in the Beneficiary NAME: The Secretary CBSE,

In the light of the above, the petitioner is directed to pay the requisite fees to the 4^th respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, submit all the original certificates for correction. Upon receipt of the same, 4^th respondent is directed to forward the same to the 1^st respondent through NEFT Transfer.
