PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to cause survey of the land in Survey No.79/3C, Panniyan Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District admeasuring 42.50 ares and mark boundaries on the basis of the application of 1st petitioner in Application No.2025/0123/24/017268 dated 01.07.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

After submitting an application dated 01.07.2025 seeking survey, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.By relying on sale deed dated 25.11.2024, the ractification deed dated 13.12.2024 and patta No.1663, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled to conduct of the survey of the lands in S.No.79/3c.

3.Learned Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. By placing on record the notice dated 30.09.2025 for a survey on 19.09.2025, he submits that the survey would be conducted on the said date, after issuing notice to the petitioner and to the owners of the adjacent lands.

4.In view of this development, the petitioner's grievance stands redressed. By recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
