Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on sale deed dated

03.07.2025 and Patta No.5233 in the name of Ramasamy Thevar. By

referring to sale deed dated 03.07.2025, it is submitted that the pattadhar is one of the vendors.

that the survey could not be conducted in view of objections raised by neighbouring land owners.

The entire exercise shall be concluded within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If necessary, the jurisdictional police shall provide necessary assistance to the revenue officials. No costs.
